Retail Space
The District has four spaces, located on the first floor, designated for retail purposes. Each space ranges in size from 1,378 square feet to 2,060 square feet. This variety will provide the perfect set of options to set up your business to flourish.
Restaurant Space - Floor 1
The first-floor restaurant space comes in at 4,839 square feet with multiple features to help better serve your patrons. The space includes a kitchen, bar, bathrooms, dining area, and multiple vestibules. Additionally, there is a hostess area and coat check to help great your guests.
Restaurant Space - Floor 2
The second-floor restaurant space is approximately 3,240 square feet. The space includes a private dining area, prep kitchen, reception lobby and two bathrooms. Additionally, your guests may make use of the adjoining veranda, which allows for a great outdoor dining experience.
Office Space
The second floor has two office suites, one at 3,213 square feet and one at 3,389 square feet. The office space is nearly a blank canvas, allowing you, the business owner, to customize the office to your vision.
